Learning and Development

At FINS, we believe in growing and succeeding together.
The goal of learning and development is to provide teachers an environment that helps them to grow along with the growth of the organisation.
We conduct workshops, seminars and outdoor trips so that teachers can gel up with other colleagues to improve team building, co-ordination and at the same time nourish their personal development.


Workplace Safety


  • Specialist visits and camps are also organised at timely intervals.

  • We have an OPD and IPD service at the clinic inside the campus. The OPD is operational 2 hours in the morning and evening every day.
  • The OPD is run under an experienced Physician who visits thrice a week.

A committee is formed to cater to the grievances raised by the employees and follows a process to address them within stipulated time frame.
